Use to finish off your roasted vegetables. Ground Dried Lime for something sharp and aromatic. Add to salads, particularly those based on pulses and grains. Urfa Chilli Flakes are sweet and smokey in flavour. Use it to sprinkle over salads and roasted veg or with oily fish or stews.
