A lighter, fresher take on the classic Negroni, with an added Ottolenghi style twist. We've partnered with 58 and Co. distillery to create a London dry style gin with a hint of Persian lime. This is blended with an Italian bitter (also made at 58 and Co.) and Vault Forest red vermouth.
Sediment may appear naturally, and any separation is completely normal.
SERVING INSTRUCTIONS - Pour 100ml over ice in a rocks glass and garnish with an orange slice. Chill before serving. Serves 5.
