Using a traditional family recipe, we have enhanced our Ottolenghi Christmas Pudding with some of our favourite ingredients: Lebanese arak, juicy dates, orange blossom, orange rind, aniseeds and lots of ginger. The result, a perfect balance of the familiar and the exotic. The pudding is fruity, moist, squidgy, boozy, spicy, citrusy and super aromatic.
